Designed to bring more efficiency to your fabrication line, the URBAN AKS-6600 Six or Eight-head Welder is a high-quality welding machine which can be used for transom V-welds and butt-welds, thanks to the heating plate’s ability to be used from above or below.

Perfect for large fabricators, the AKS-6600 has the ability to release diagonally the front clamping slides by 45°. This makes the insertion of the profile bars effortless – including the last bar, because the stop lath remains in the front position.

All individual profile parameters can be adjusted – including welding temperature, heating time, fusing and joining pressure and joining time. The URBAN AKS-6600 6-8 Head delivers excellent versatility with a click stop system and an integrated frame limitation of 40 – 200mm.
